Ms. Paige O'Kelley

Welcome to 2nd Grade! My name is Paige O’Kelley and I am so proud to teach at Beverly Elementary! I grew up in Plano and attended kindergarten through twelfth grade here. My second grade teacher was my inspiration, and I made a decision that year that I wanted to be a teacher just like her.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Texas (Hook 'Em Horns!) and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of North Texas. My teaching career began here in Plano ISD in 1993 at Barron Elementary and I helped open Beverly in 1998. I have taught kindergarten, first, and second grade.

I have two adult children who were also Beverly Bobcats! My daughter graduated from TCU with a BFA in acting and is chasing her dreams in Los Angeles, California. My son is in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M. They will both tell you that being a Beverly Bobcat gave them an incredible foundation. 

Teaching is my passion and a calling I have never steered from.  I strive to make the classroom a warm, inviting home that challenges, inspires, and supports all learners, a place where every child can be successful. Welcome to Beverly- you will love it here!
