Third Grade Team Leader

I have lived in Plano since I was four years old! I began school as part of the preschool program at Plano Senior High School. I went on to attend Saigling Elementary, Haggard Middle School, Shepton High School, and then graduated from Plano Senior High. I then headed to the University of Texas at Austin to be a Longhorn!

I have been teaching since 1996 and absolutely love being part of third grade at Beverly Elementary. I was lucky enough to help open Beverly and can’t think of a better place to teach. When I am not planning, teaching, or grading, I enjoy reading, cooking, and playing amateur photographer. My brother and his family live in Dallas so I spend many weekends on Auntie duty with my amazing niece and nephew! I am looking forward to a fabulous 3rd grade year! Go Bobcats!
