What does a CTA do?

The CTA (Campus Technology Assistant) provides day-to-day technology support for students, teachers and staff, helping ensure that digital learning tools and resources are available and functioning effectively. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; supporting classroom technology such as computers, tablets, interactive displays, projectors and instructional applications; and assisting with device setup, updates, and basic maintenance.
