Campus cafeterias serve meals that include items from the five food groups: meat or meat alternates, grains, vegetables, fruits, and milk. To qualify as a reimbursable student breakfast, the meal must include at least three food items, one of which must be a fruit. For lunch, a reimbursable meal must consist of at least three different food groups, and one of those must be either a fruit or a vegetable. If these minimum requirements are not met, the meal will not qualify as reimbursable and will be charged at a la carte prices
